1. SERVICES AND QUOTE REQUESTS

Utah Holiday Light Pros provides seasonal Christmas light installation services for homeowners. Customers may submit a free quote request through the website. Submitting a quote request does not obligate the customer to purchase services.

Current advertised starting pricing is:

Starting at $449 for up to 100 linear feet of roofline
Additional roofline is $5 per linear foot

Advertised pricing is starting pricing and that final pricing requires review of the property. Final pricing may vary based on factors such as:

Property characteristics
Roof height
Roof complexity
Number of stories
Requested lighting areas
Requested lighting design
Other project requirements

2. QUOTES AND BOOKING

Utah Holiday Light Pros reviews the property and requested lighting before providing a custom quote. A customer is not booked merely by submitting a quote request. After the customer receives and approves the quote, a 30% deposit is required to reserve the installation.

3. SERVICES INCLUDED

Depending on the approved quote and project, services may include:

Commercial-grade C9 LED Christmas lights
Custom fitting
Professional installation
Outdoor timer
In-season maintenance and repairs
Takedown after the holidays
Storage until the following season

The specific services included for an individual customer will be reflected in the customer's approved quote.

4. IN-SEASON SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

In-season maintenance and repairs are included as part of the applicable service package. Utah Holiday Light Pros will respond to service requests within 24 hours.

5. SCHEDULING AND AVAILABILITY

Customers may provide a preferred installation timeframe when requesting a quote. Preferred dates or timeframes are requests and are subject to availability and confirmation.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting a quote request, including property and contact information. Customers submitting a service request should have appropriate authority to request services for the property.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

Utah Holiday Light Pros offers an SMS messaging program for customers who opt in. Messages may include quote-request updates, scheduling and appointment communications, installation updates, maintenance or repair communications, customer-service messages, and other service-related communications. Customers who separately consent to marketing messages may also receive special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, and service updates.
